- Drug Delivery
  NuSil offers a complete product line of silicone systems for use in drug delivery. Additionally, NuSil is capable of formulating, validating, manufacturing, testing and providing regulatory support for a custom product designed to achieve customer-defined, application-specific physical, mechanical and elution properties.
- General
  NuSil Technology's healthcare materials are classified as unrestricted or restricted. Unrestricted products may be considered as candidate materials for any application, including long term implantation of greater than 29 days. Usage of Nusil's restricted products, however, is limited to external use or for short term implant applications of 29 days or less.
- Personal Care
  NuSil's specialized silicone formulation services for the cosmetics industry extends NuSil's research and development services, as well as provides access to the company’s custom fluorosilicone and phenylsilicone polymers and film formers.
- Restricted
  NuSil Technology's restricted materials may be considered for use in short-term implant application, 29 days or less, or for external applications.
- Simethicone
  NuSil manufactures Simethicone Fluids, Simethicone Emulsions and Simethicone Granular Solid.

NuSil Technology is committed to providing materials designed to meet the needs of its customers. To that end, we can create specialty chemistries such as functional polymers, crosslinkers, catalysts, cyclics and some silanes for those wishing to formulate silicones or silicone-related compounds.

NuSil's production facility in Bakersfield, California provides raw materials to its Carpinteria, California facility for the formulation of fluids, gels, elastomers, adhesives, and resins. These same raw materials are available in large and small volumes to our customers, and NuSil Technology will customize these specialty silicone chemistries based on specific applications, if needed.
