Curing Lightspan Optical Gels – The Relationship Between Temperature, Viscosity, Durometer and Cure
The Lightspan encapsulation products have unique time and temperature cure profiles. Viscosity and durometer
are material properties that are often used to assess the stages of curing. Viscosity is also influenced by
temperature. The purpose of this APPLICATION NOTE is to provide some guidelines about the relationship of
these properties to the curing process of the Lightspan products.
