NuSil Technology to Unveil Line of High-Purity Gels at Sensors Expo
NuSil Technology will release a new line of high-purity gels at Sensors Expo 2009 next month in Rosemont, Ill. LS-3354, LS2-3354 and LS3-3354 are high-purity gels that reduce moisture permeability by 80 percent when compared to other silicone gels used for encapsulation. Samples will be available to view at NuSil’s booth #1009.

NuSil Technology Acquires Pharmaceutical Antifoam (Simethicone) Business from Bluestar Silicones
NuSil Technology announces a definitive agreement to acquire the pharmaceutical Antifoam (Simethicone) business from Bluestar Silicones effective 1-May-2009. As part of the acquisition, NuSil will begin transitioning the manufacturing of seven key Simethicone products used in pharmaceutical applications.
