The launch represents an extension of the services already offered to NuSil’s existing customer base.
Cosmetic companies will be able to obtain custom fluorosilicone and phenylsilicone polymers and film formers. “NuSil Technology has essentially opened it’s research and development laboratories to the cosmetic industry” stated Brian Nash, Vice President of Marketing and Sales. “We feel that we can offer considerable value to these customers in taking a customized approach. NuSil knows silicone chemistry and partnering with our customers with specific properties in mind creates great business opportunities” Nash added. NuSil Technology will consider exclusivity agreements with the right partners in this market.
