NuSil Technology prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency. Do not submit or present your candidates through any means (email, fax, phone, mail, verbal referral or any other means), to NuSil or any employee of NuSil. NuSil will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented after there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between NuSil and the recruiter or agency; and the candidate is submitted for a specific requisition. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to NuSil by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement in place or without a specific open requisition, NuSil explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. If you have a signed agreement with NuSil, please contact your NuSil staffing representative, who will provide you with the appropriate link to submit your candidates.
