  NuSil's silicones for the aerospace industry are made up exclusively of low outgassing materials (CV Products) and Ultra Low Outgassing™ materials (SCV Products). NuSil offers the most extensive line of aerospace-applicable silicone materials in the industry - from adhesives, sealants and coatings to optically clear silicones.

  Silicone's ability to maintain its elasticity and low modulus over a broad temperature range provides excellent utility in the extreme environments of the aircraft industry. NuSil's materials include a line of fuel resistant silicones, static dissipative and electrically conductive silicones, and ice-phobic silicones.

• Drug Delivery
  NuSil offers a complete product line of silicone systems for use in drug delivery. Additionally, NuSil is capable of formulating, validating, manufacturing, testing and providing regulatory support for a custom product designed to achieve customer-defined, application-specific physical, mechanical and elution properties.
• General
  NuSil Technology's healthcare materials are classified as unrestricted or restricted. Unrestricted products may be considered as candidate materials for any application, including long term implantation of greater than 29 days. Usage of Nusil's restricted products, however, is limited to external use or for short term implant applications of 29 days or less.
• Restricted
  NuSil Technology's restricted materials may be considered for use in short-term implant application, 29 days or less, or for external applications.
• Simethicone
  NuSil manufactures Simethicone Fluids, Simethicone Emulsions and Simethicone Granular Solid.
• Skin Care
  CareSil combines NuSil’s rich silicone expertise and personalized customer service to deliver medical-quality silicones that meet the needs of virtually any skin care application—from moisturizers and sun screens to skin repair serums and anti-wrinkle lotions, or anything in between.
• Unrestricted
  NuSil Technology's unrestricted materials may be considered for long-term implant applications, greater than 29 days.
